Camilla and Kit’s wedding
{The Domus, Leith’s at Beaulieu}

Camilla and Kit travelled from their home in Guernsey for their wedding day in The New Forest.  We met them in Brockenhurst, Kit and his party were ducking the beams in the very quaint Cottage Lodge before leaving for drinks in Monty’s while Camilla and her family were at The Pig busy with hairstylists and makeup artists.

By the appointed hour of leaving for their ceremony at The Domus the early morning mist had lifted and the day was looking bright.  The ladies from Exclusively Weddings had been incredibly busy creating a magical and very beautiful scene within The Domus and proved perfect for Kit and Camilla’s particularly wonderful ceremony.  After which they  were able to enjoy a lovely drive in their wedding car around Beaulieu and grab a little time together while their guests tucked into the drinks reception.   A small army of Exclusively florists were back at work in The Domus  creating a massively impressive scene for the wedding breakfast.

Beaulieu’s open top vintage bus was a popular option for guests to have a trip around the estate in the early evening prior to the cake cutting and first dance which kicked off an excellent party with serious celebrations!

Huge congratulations to Kit and Camilla on your marriage and a very super day.  We hope you enjoy the blog images, we will be in touch as soon as the full gallery is online for you.

Hanna and Calum’s wedding
{The Domus, Leith at Beaulieu}

What a beautiful summer’s day it was for Hanna and Calum’s stunning wedding in the heart of the New Forest.  We drove out to meet them for their preparations at their locations and spent a lovely morning immersing ourselves in the wedding day vibe.  The red routemaster wedding bus was filled with guests travelling from Brockenhurst village to The Domus where everyone awaited the arrival of Hanna and her father in glorious sunshine which stayed shining the whole day.  Jules of Jules Florist in Mudeford had created the beautiful floral arrangements for The Domus and of course all the bouquets, it was lovely to see her work again.

After a wonderfully animated and touching wedding ceremony Hanna and Calum enjoyed a drinks reception and wedding breakfast with their family and friends.  Making the most of the beautiful weather the early evening light was perfect for us to wander out into the grounds and photograph Hanna and Calum together.  They were keen for some portraits out by Beaulieu river and fortunately the tide was in so all was going our way!  Those after dark shots were also a ‘must have’ so during a break from the Ceilidh dancing the four of us popped out into the warm night air and enjoyed capturing what must be our most sought after style of work.

Earle and I send our warm congratulations to Hanna and Calum on your marriage and a beautiful wedding.  We hope you enjoy a small selection of images here, the proofs will be available shortly within the website gallery.

Karen and Ken’s wedding
{The Pig, The Domus and Marquee}

Ken and Karen started their heavily Scottish influenced wedding day off with the preparations at The Pig in Brockenhurst, the lovely New Forest hotel with charm and quality exuding from every corner.  The hair and makeup girls were taking care of Karen and her bridesmaids when I arrived with  plenty of hustle and bustle with various family members coming and going.  Earle was already at The Montagu Arm in Beaulieu waiting for Ken and his best man to arrive for their pint before moving on to The Domus and Karen’s arrival for their marriage ceremony and drinks reception out in the quadrangle

The wedding breakfast was arranged in the marquee at Ken and Karen’s lovely New Forest home where all the guests were able to enjoy a wonderfully relaxing afternoon before returning to The Domus for a large and lively party.

Many congratulations to Karen and Ken on your marriage, we have selected a few of our favourite images from your wedding day for your enjoyment, we will be in touch soon with details of your gallery.

Devon and Mark’s wedding
{The Domus, Leith’s at Beaulieu}

A return trip to Beaulieu for Devon and Mark’s beautiful wedding day at The Domus.  Totally loved the sparkling white Fiat 500 wedding car which delivered Devon to The Domus in brilliant style, this has got to be our favourite wedding vehicle to date!  It was lovely to meet up with Tori from Riot Hairdressing and Evie from MadeUp again, it is always a joy to see them at bridal preparations and the high standard to work they always achieve surrounded by lots of happy ladies!  The Domus looked particularly resplendent thanks to the team at Leith’s and the  floral talents of Lynda and her girls at Exclusively WeddingsFreddie and The Freeloaders provided the superb live music for the evening and made sure the dance floor was packed all night.

Earle and I send our warmest congratulations to Devon and Mark on your marriage and fantastic wedding day.  Enjoy our selection of photographs here while we continue with the post production.  We welcome any messages.

Natalie and Kieryn’s wedding
{The Domus, Leith’s at Beaulieu}

Easter weekend and The New Forest!  How wonderful to be photographing a lovely wedding day back in Beaulieu again!  Natalie and Kieryn chose to have a more intimate wedding day focusing on all things natural and country orientated which made for a particularly beautiful occasion for them and their guests.  Sam and her team at Leith’s did a superb job of creating a cosy and sociable atmosphere in The Domus with clever table arrangements and the huge fireplace lit to add to the welcome.  I met with Natalie over the road in the Montagu Arms just before she departed to meet with the registrars prior to the wedding ceremony.  Kieryn and Earle were of course already there with the guests assembling in the sunshine.  The weather for this Easter Saturday was just superb enabling everyone to enjoy the grounds before sitting down in The Domus for a quite outstanding meal.  Love, love, love the food here!!!

Earle and I send our warmest congratulations to Natalie and Kieryn on your marriage and a totally super day! We hope everyone enjoys our pick of just some of the photographs and we welcome any comments for us or Natalie and Kieryn.

Claire and Craig’s wedding
{The Domus and Leith at Beaulieu}

Another glorious summer day for a glorious wedding in Beaulieu at The Domus.  Claire was with her bridesmaids at the beautiful New Forest home of her parents so this is where I met up with them before driving across to The Domus for the 3.00 pm marriage ceremony.  Earle was off to Southampton to meet up with Craig and his party of best men and ushers to photograph them and the stretched black Hummer which was taking many of them off to Beaulieu.

The Domus is a fantastic venue for a civil ceremony, its warmth of character and atmosphere is perfect for such a happy occasion and looked particularly lovely in the mid afternoon sunshine.

We send our congratulations to Claire and Craig on your marriage and massive congratulations to their dear young daughter, Masie May for her incredible ‘Thriller’ dance….yes, we did photograph you doing it!:-) What talent!!!
