Elise and Tom’s wedding
{Beaulieu Abbey and The Domus, Beaulieu}

Elise and Tom came down from London for their wedding day at Beaulieu.  Tom and his party were starting the day at the Turfcutters in East Boldre before moving onto The Montagu Arms in Beaulieu village to meet more of his friends and family for a quick drink before the ceremony and this was where Earle met up with him.  Elise was at her family home in Southbourne which was my starting point for this wonderful, fun packed wedding day.

Beaulieu Abbey was looking as splendid as ever and with the sun coming out to play for the afternoon just as Elise and Tom were emerging from church everyone could relax and celebrate in the tranquility and history of the cloisters prior to retiring into The Domus  to enjoy a sumptuous, totally yummy wedding breakfast and incredible party!

Many congratulations to Elise and Tom on your marriage and a funtabulous celebration.  Earle and I have selected a few images from the many for you to enjoy while we organise your proofs.  We will be in touch with you as soon as they are ready to go live!  As always we would love to hear from anyone who is enjoying what they see here on our blog…just click on the ‘comments’ button below.

Kirsten and Paul’s wedding
{Beaulieu Abbey and The Domus, Beaulieu}

We had met with Kirsten and Paul numerous times during their engagement and had a brilliant time with them both during the pre wedding shoot and now the wedding day had arrived which meant we were on the road to Beaulieu early Saturday morning.  Earle was due at the Master Builders Hotel to meet the boys and Kirsten was at The Beaulieu Hotel so that was my destination for the preparations.

Beaulieu Abbey and The Domus looked as splendid as ever, Jules had worked closely with Kirsten and Paul in creating the beautiful bouquets and floral decorations so the scene was set for a memorable day and the team at Leith’s made sure it was delivered!  We were delighted to be able have sometime in the grounds of Palace House in the evening photographing the bride and groom while they enjoyed a little breather from all the excitement and then again for a few minutes much later in the evening for those ‘signature’ after dark images we so love capturing. ‘ Simply Stunning’ :-)

We send our warmest congratulations to Kirsten and Paul and our very best wishes for a long and happy life together.  There is a selection of images for you all to enjoy while we complete the full edit and have the proofs available.  We love our readers to join in with our blog so do leave a comment if you wish.

Becky and Sam’s wedding
{Trinity Methodist Church and The Miramar Hotel}

It was a lovely local wedding for Earle and me to photograph last Saturday with Earle meeting up with Sam in Ferndown and I went along to Becky’s family home in Southbourne where I found a busy house full of family and bridesmaids all excitedly getting ready for the day ahead.  As the morning progessed the weather improved and the sun began to shine and by the time we were all on the way to church it was a perfect summer day:-)

The reception at the Miramar Hotel on Bournemouth’s East Cliff was perfectly located for us to take a trip off down to the beach with Becky and Sam for some photography in the evening all topped off with a Red Arrows flypast directly overhead.  Everyone enjoyed a marvellous day and the evening party kicked off with Becky and Sam’s first dance which was the only time we saw the actual floor of the dance area all evening….it was packed!!!!

Many congratulations to Becky and Sam on your marriage and your perfect day, we hope you enjoy these selected photographs from your wedding and the many more to come once we have completed the full edit.  Earle and me appreciate all our readers and welcome any comments all you need to do it click on the ‘comments’ button below.

Louisa and John’s wedding
{Beaulieu Abbey and The Domus}

Until meeting Louisa and John we had no idea of the existence of the dear little village on the edge of the New Forest which goes by the name of ‘Lover’ and what a completely ideal place to be heading off to on this beautiful Friday morning to meet with Louisa and her family before leaving for Beaulieu.  Earle was already at Beaulieu Abbey with the boys having met them all in The Montagu Arms for the appointed pre wedding drink!

The joys of photographing at Beaulieu are obvious but for us the major bonus is the confidence we have in how marvellous the team are from Leith’s at Beaulieu and today was no exception.  Louisa and John were able to enjoy a relaxing drinks reception in the late afternoon sunshine while we completed the formal photographs and popped into the Victorian Gardens for a couple of photographs which were important to the bride and groom before they were greeting their guests inside The Domus for the wedding breakfast.

Party time was under way later in the evening which was kicked off admirably by Louisa and John’s first dance.  We popped outside again during the bands break between sets for some of those signature images we all love so much in the cloisters and night.

Congratulations Louisa and John on your marriage and a great day.  Earle and I have selected a number of our favourite images for you all to enjoy while we prepare the proofs for you.  Please feel free to add a comment on our blog, we really do appreciate hearing from everyone!

Fiona and Karl’s wedding
{St Aldhelms Church and Parley Manor}

Fiona and Karl travelled from their Ascot home to marry in Fiona’s birthplace and childhood home on the borders of  Poole and Bournemouth and Dorset’s south coast was at its best for their wedding day.  Karl was spending the morning of his wedding day with his family and friends at a local hotel which is where Earle met him while I made my way to see Fiona and her bridesmaids at her parents home for their preparations before leaving spot on time for the wedding ceremony at St Aldhelms Church in Poole.

Parley Manor was the next stop for us all and how extraordinarily pretty the gardens were looking after the overnight rain refreshed all the abundant flora and fauna.  The drinks reception and wedding breakfast was enjoyed for the afternoon and by early evening we were on our way to the beach with Fiona and Karl and a bit of fun with them dodging the sea and climbing on rocks.  On our return from our little photographic expedition the evening party was ready to start with the new Mr & Mrs Lord kicking things off with their first dance ably assisted by their two youngest bridesmaids Grace and Ava.

Earle and I send our warmest congratulations to Fiona and Karl on your marriage and hope you enjoy this selection of images from your wedding day.   Please feel free to add a comment by clicking on the box below, we love hearing from you:-)
