Retirement

Retirement
Earle and Jane have decided after a prolonged period of consideration have decided to not just slow down with Concept Photographic but to retire it completely. We have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of making very special memories, bringing them to wonderful people who can now live with those memories through our images but it is now done. We are putting our energies into the less fortunate and very much younger people in the world and devoting our time to them for the foreseeable future.
Our gratitude to those who have supported and encouraged us over the years will be with us always as will our thanks to everyone who put their trust in Concept Photographic to capture and reflect some of the most important times of their lives you all in turn have enriched our lives.

Recent clients please be reassured your gallery, albums, prints will remain available to order. Any queries whatsoever please PM or email jane@conceptphotographic.com. We are not disappearing totally, no more bookings though!

Many thanks xxx

Scorching, tranquillity, strange descriptive partners but accurate in this situation. Gemma and Richard married on the hottest day of the year in the beautiful and tranquil surroundings of The New Forest. Gemma and her bridesmaids were all in the very wonderful Lime Wood Hotel for their preparations before leaving for Beaulieu Abbey and their reception at The Domus.  Richard enjoyed a drink at The Montagu Arms with his army of best men and ushers!  Massive congratulations to Gemma and Richard on your marriage and the most wonderful day! Louisa and John’s wedding
{Beaulieu Abbey and The Domus}

Until meeting Louisa and John we had no idea of the existence of the dear little village on the edge of the New Forest which goes by the name of ‘Lover’ and what a completely ideal place to be heading off to on this beautiful Friday morning to meet with Louisa and her family before leaving for Beaulieu.  Earle was already at Beaulieu Abbey with the boys having met them all in The Montagu Arms for the appointed pre wedding drink!

The joys of photographing at Beaulieu are obvious but for us the major bonus is the confidence we have in how marvellous the team are from Leith’s at Beaulieu and today was no exception.  Louisa and John were able to enjoy a relaxing drinks reception in the late afternoon sunshine while we completed the formal photographs and popped into the Victorian Gardens for a couple of photographs which were important to the bride and groom before they were greeting their guests inside The Domus for the wedding breakfast.

Party time was under way later in the evening which was kicked off admirably by Louisa and John’s first dance.  We popped outside again during the bands break between sets for some of those signature images we all love so much in the cloisters and night.

Congratulations Louisa and John on your marriage and a great day.  Earle and I have selected a number of our favourite images for you all to enjoy while we prepare the proofs for you.  Please feel free to add a comment on our blog, we really do appreciate hearing from everyone!

Nikki and Mark’s wedding
{The Domus at Beaulieu}

Last Saturday dawned amid heavy rain and gales down here on the Dorset coast, Earle and I left home for the New Forest to meet with Nikki and Mark with our fingers and toes crossed hoping the gale would blow the rain through before lunch time and grant Nikki her wish for sunshine on her wedding day.  She had steadfastly refused to accept the weather may be very ‘english’  for their wedding …..her steadfastness was rewarded as by the time I had left Earle at the Montagu Arms in Beaulieu village to meet with Mark and arrived in at the Forest Lodge Hotel in Lyndhurst the rain had stopped and the skies were already brightening.

The team from Leiths at Beaulieu created a beautiful setting for the ceremony and celebrations with the flower arrangements from Jules looking quite perfect we had the enviable role of photographing this lovely couple, their families and friends enjoying a superb and highly memorable day.  Earle and I send our warmest congratulations to Nikki and Mark and hope you enjoy looking at a few of our favourite images from your wedding day, a little taster for you both and all those itching for a peek while we organise your proofs!  Oh and leave a little message here too please, it’s always lovely to hear feedback:-)
