We would like to book you for our wedding day, do you need a deposit?
We do require a booking fee and this is £300, once we receive this fee your wedding date is secured with us. This fee is taken from the package price that you have selected. The final payment would be due 28 days before your wedding date.

Are you fulltime photographers?
Yes, we are both fulltime professional wedding photographers and are both qualified members of the Master Photographers Association (MPA).

Do you have insurance?
Yes, as professional photographers we have full 'Public Liability' and 'Professional Indemnity' insurance. If your venue requires a copy of our certificates then please let us know.

How far would you travel to photograph a wedding?
We are very happy to photograph weddings all over the UK and overseas. As most of our work is through referrals and guests at weddings can travel great distances we often end up travelling to weddings. We do make a nominal fuel charge for weddings that are further than 100 miles from our location. For very long distances an overnight stay maybe required and we would charge this at cost.

Do you take formal family photos?
Yes, a wedding is often the only opportunity to take pictures of the whole family and it is very rare that these are not required. We would recommend that you keep the number of group images to 10 or less, but this is your choice as it is your wedding day.

When do we get to see our pictures?
We normally have a selection of images from your wedding on our blog within a week, the rest of your proof images are normally available in your online gallery within two weeks of your wedding. Your images are available on DVD after two weeks.

With your all day coverage when do you start and finish?
As we only book one wedding per day, we are with you for as long as you wish. In the evening we cover your first dance and the party afterwards, we do not leave until we know we have a fantastic selection of images of your party. If you have a special late night event such as fireworks etc then we are happy to stay and cover that as well, after all this is all part of your day.

How many pictures do you take?
This varies depending on the coverage and style of your wedding. We provide 400 proof photographs (all individually edited in our style), and we are very happy for you to have all of the images that we take on the day.

We have seen photographers advertise lower prices, why is that?
Generally photographers who advertise low prices are not fulltime photographers i.e. they have other jobs during the week and shoot weddings at weekends, hence they are not available for you to meet or discuss your wedding during working hours. Due to their other work commitments they may cancel your wedding photography at short notice! and they will have to edit your images during their spare time. They often work to very low standard and include lots of prints/albums/canvases etc to try to convince the client to book them. We suggest you make a fully informed decision about who will be photographing your wedding to avoid disappointment.

How much experience in wedding photography do you have?
We have been photographing weddings for nine years and have been fortunate enough to have photographed weddings for many different cultures and religions. We have photographed weddings with 13 guests through to larger weddings with 650 guests - they all receive the same level of attention to detail and the same level of care. At the end of the day we are very proud of our wedding photography and the feedback from our clients.
